After School Hockey Club
The club intends to host an “After School Hockey Club” Programme, in conjunction with Wellington Hockey, in Term 1 of 2026.
The Programme is will be a mix of skills and games, organised into age groupings. The sessions are designed by Wellington Hockey. The emphasis will be to encourage children to try hockey and enjoyment! There will be an element of organised games introduced. We will be shortly advertising and asking for registrations of interest for all primary children.
Once registrations have closed, we will contact you with more details to confirm venues and timings.
Location (TBC) – Karori Normal School Turf
Dates: Commencing Thursday 17th Feb. Finishing 7th April. 7 Weeks of sessions/games.
Start Time: 3:30pm – 4.30pm.

Please Note – the Year 7&8 Programme is provided directly by Karori Junior Hockey and not in association with Wellington Hockey After School Club (which is not available for Yr7&8).
Equipment (hockey sticks and shin pads) is happily loaned at request by KJHC.
