U13s announced

We congratulate our 10 girls and 5 boys who have been selected for the Wellington U13 Development Programme, and encourage all those nominees who missed out to take up the opportunity to be part of the HUB Development Programmes which will start at the end of July.
Upskill Hockey Clinics
A number of specialist hockey clinic are being run in July. Here is the registration form.
Available for all players 7-17 years. The days and times are as follows:
Defending Tue 8 July NHS 10.00am – 11.30am Long Passing Tue 8 July NHS 12.00pm – 1.30pm Drag Flick Tue 8 July NHS 2.00pm – 3.30pm (**drag flick participants must be 11 years of age or over) Dribbling & Elim Thu 10 July NHS 10.00am – 11.30am Goal Scoring Thu 10 July NHS 12.00pm – 1.30pm PC skills Thu 10 July NHS 2.00pm – 3.30pm
Small groups of 6-8 maximum is our philosophy to ensure the best possible coaching is available. Each player will be placed in a group close to his/her age and experience.
As usual the coaches will be of great quality, confirming Scott Falconer, Dane Lett, Matthew Symonds & Trent Lett – with back up from Steven Crossett and Jake Smith.
These clinics are a great way to improve and Upskill for any player, including the approaching U11, U13 & 15 rep programmes.
